Regulations for lawyers conceived in the public interest
In God we trust, all others bring data.
We have two fundamental assumptions — (1) data exists and (2) data will inform better regulation of legal services. We’re kicking off teams to collect ‘any and all’ data, interview bar counsel, practitioners and policymakers and find other similarly focused groups to collaborate with because we believe that more data will inform better regulation of attorneys.
The Lean Startup Model
We are adopting the lean startup methodology which means we will experiment, get feedback, and design iteratively - which is to say, learn and modify as we go.
Four Sprints - Double Diamond
This is a simple visual map of the design process. In the first sprint we will look at the legal market with fresh eyes and collect all possible data. During the second sprint we will use the data we have collected to decide where we should start digging in and what is feasible given the available data. In the third sprint we will develop a prototype to test. Finally in the fourth sprint we will finalize and launch the MVP.
